Bit of an obsessive question for DebxLou. I thought the flashback was ‘ten years earlier’ and had Deb with ReboundClaude after the ‘rough patch’. But Debbie was only in prison 5years8 months. She surely wasn’t with Claude for 4 years?! Claude didn’t seem serious at all (she’s pissed about the betrayal but wasn’t heart broken). But 4 years is a long time to 1. Not talk to Lou 2. be with douche. It also means her and Lou were split 10 years. Did I misunderstand? It’s hurt my little shipper heart.

And, I’m pretty sure Lou mentions something about keeping some of Debbie’s wardrobe while she was locked up??

I’m obsessed with that ‘rough patch’ comment, too. But, in true lesbian fashion, I think Debbie and Lou were still in contact and looking out for each other – even if there were hurt feelings – during that time.
