I’m not sure why I should even be surprised that the S/immons fans are acting like privileged racist human garbage, since that’s the way they have behaved about daisy since season 1 and their no-so-subtle comments about how much they hoped Daisy would be killed off from the show.
Very in line with fans of that other show that declared their fav the best and first at everything.

I’m sure they overlap a bit. At least that other character is the lead, S/immons is a supporting character with half-assed characterization. But hey she’s white and British and said “Hermione” in the first episode, of course she is the best. What do you mean Daisy has referenced Harry Potter and other geeky stuff more often than her? Daisy doesn’t have ten PhDs and an interest in science (CS is not science, shut up), she doesn’t count.
I just don’t get why they can’t like her without having to constantly put Daisy down? But all the Big 3 shippers and stans are so super competitive and it’s like they can’t stand that Daisy is the lead, and they constantly exhibit all the hallmarks of white privilege. I mean, the level of exaggeration that they stoop to in order to prop their fav is so absurd, outside of the fandom if we presented the scenario from this episode and asked people who they felt sorry for (if we didn’t reveal Daisy represents a minority twice over) people would say Daisy, of course.
Unless, you know, they literally are just selfish enough to think house hunting takes precedence over people being murdered when you can help stop it? Sure, there are people that self-absorbed in the world. Lots of them.
Anyway, they should watch another show with a white female lead? Supergirl, try that?
